NetShare Flex: On-site Processing

NetShare Flex has the flexibility to provide onsite Housing and Council Tax Benefit support when required.

All staff provided are highly experienced Housing and Council Tax Benefit practitioners and have experience in all systems that are available in the current market.

Many have previously acted as a mentor to local authority staff while being onsite which can be effective support for new starters or your team after any system conversion.

A selection of CV’s can be provided to give you the choice to make sure that the candidate you select has the relevant knowledge and experience to undertake the role you require.

All onsite staff are managed in house and can be available within a minimum of 5 working days or a date mutually agreed with the local authority.
