All staff provided are highly experienced Housing and Council Tax Benefit practitioners and have experience in all systems that are available in the current market.
Many have previously acted as a mentor to local authority staff while being onsite which can be effective support for new starters or your team after any system conversion.

All onsite staff are managed in house and can be available within a minimum of 5 working days or a date mutually agreed with the local authority.
