NetShare Data matching 10/10/2011

NetShare members are beginning to benefit from the considerable opportunity presented by our data matching services. These services are aimed at recovering monies which are due to the council - a crucial matter at any time, but especially in these times of cutting resources. Services are available now on demand in the areas of preventing council tax fraud, e.g. single person discount, stopping housing tenancy fraud and helping to recover outstanding, especially longstanding, debt.

NetShare Flex 10/10/2011

NetShare Flex continues to be highly valued by NetShare members who make it clear to us that the quality and performance of the service is of the highest order whilst rates are highly competitive. This applies both to the work provided from one NetShare member to another and to the work provided by NetShare direct.

As Dawn Cove, Benefits Operations Manager, London Borough of Redbridge says: “The London Borough of Redbridge used NetShare Flex to reduce outstanding work in preparation for conversion to a new processing system. I have found them to be very accurate and professional, which they balance with a high output. They are very adaptable and have undertaken the full range of Housing and Council Tax Benefit Assessment.”
