This community is dedicated to enabling effective use of resources, including financial, legal and human resources (HR).

The pressure on resources is constantly increasing and the need to do more with less has never been greater. Councils will rely on an effective lead and enablement from the centre, which in turn will put further stress on corporate resources.

This community aims to share knowledge and experience on corporate matters together with access to corporate resources and facilities, such as legal and audit services, and assistance with recruitment and training.
